The primary responsibility of Corporate
Benefit Solutions is to represent the client corporation in
communicating the selected benefit products and plans.
Logistic Planning
- Provide you with a detailed schedule of events leading to the
enrollment.
- Present insurer choices, develop criteria for insurer selection,
and assist with final selection.
- Prepare brochures personalized for your employee group.
- Coordinate with the chosen insurance carriers for payroll
interface.
- Confer with Human Resources to establish enrollment logistics.
- Provide employee information to the selected life insurance
carrier.
Enrollment and Communication
- Prepare the materials necessary for the enrollment, including
brochures, payroll stuffers, enrollment forms, and other printed
materials.
- Coordinate the scheduling of each location.
- Conduct the group supervisor sessions and enrollment interviews.
- Meet with the Personnel and Payroll Departments to assist with
questions concerning the program and the deduction process.
Administration
- Provide the payroll deduction report.
- Ensure delivery of the policies to your employees.
- Ensure the payroll center understands the deduction and
remittance process.
- Conduct annual re-enrollments.
